Depending on the crop type, soil type and water quality, one dripper or another is recommended. Here is a brief summary:

DeepDrop® is recommended for a wide variety of crops such as vegetable gardens, trees in general, nut crops, shrubs, domestic gardens, nurseries, etc.
However, it is not recommended for the grass family (Poaceae) such as barley, wheat, maize, rice, etc.
The DeepDrop® subsurface drip irrigation system is installed in 3 simple steps:
- Make a hole approximately 30–40 cm deep.
- Insert the base support into the hole and cover it with soil.
- Connect the DeepDrop® irrigation dripper to the main irrigation line.
Done! Your system is installed.
The DeepDrop® drip irrigation system fits standard drip irrigation pipes, namely 16 mm or 20 mm blind tubing.
Normally, you water about 50% less than you usually do. In any case, each crop requires specific watering depending on the type of planting, the soil and even the age of the plant. If you wish, we can advise you personally—contact us.
In our experience, this does not usually happen. But if it did, from the capsule we would know that something is preventing water from reaching the roots. If it were roots, it would be as simple as moving the tube to another point where the roots do not reach.
